Job Description
We looking for candidate who can join immediately or either in 15days to a month. Opening for one candidate for night and one day shift. Flexible Timings, Its an leading IT software industry in Chennai. Increments and Onroll based on the performance, Limited work. A good place to shine and grow your knowledge and skills, Trainings will be provided. Good communication skills, telephoning skills. Interested call or whatsapp.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Front Desk Operations:
    • Greet all visitors and clients warmly as they arrive and ensure they feel welcome and attended to.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
    • Ensure all guests sign in and out appropriately, and are guided to the correct department or individual.
  2. Telephone and Communication Management:
    • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
    • Take accurate messages and relay them in a timely manner.
    • Handle basic inquiries about the company, services offered, and provide directions or assistance as needed.
    • Maintain an updated internal contact list for quick reference.
  3. Visitor and Client Handling:
    • Manage the visitor log and issue visitor passes or IDs where applicable.
    • Inform staff members of the arrival of their guests and ensure prompt handover or guidance.
    • Offer refreshments to clients and ensure they are comfortable during their wait.
    • Maintain visitor confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  4. Administrative and Clerical Support:
    • Manage the scheduling of appointments, meeting rooms, and boardrooms.
    • Perform basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
    • Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
    • Assist in managing office supplies inventory for the front office and common areas.
  5. Coordination and Reporting:
    • Liaise with departments such as administration, HR, and facilities management to ensure smooth front desk operations.
    • Maintain reports on visitor numbers, complaint logs, feedback, and security issues as needed.
    • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the reception area is in top condition.
  6. Emergency and Safety Protocols:
    • Act as the first point of contact during emergencies, coordinating with security or first responders.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines, especially in clinics or hospitals.
    • Guide visitors during evacuation drills or actual emergency situations.
