Executive - Field Sales - Infrasture/Steel (1-3 Yrs) Faridabad/Haryana (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

Key Responsibilities:- Identify potential customers in industrial, construction, and infrastructure sectors.- Visit clients on-site to present and promote steel wire and cable products.- Generate leads through market research, cold calling, and networking.- Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and close sales deals.- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to the sales manager.- Stay updated with industry trends, pricing, and competitor activities.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in any field (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Engineering).- 1-3 years of experience in field sales (steel industry experience preferred).- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.- Knowledge of steel wires, cables, or industrial materials is a plus.- Proficiency in basic computer tools (MS Office, CRM software).
