Job Description: Business Management Head - PEB Division / EPC Position: National Head - PEB Division / EPC Department: Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) / EPC Location: Rajkot, Gujarat Reports To: MD CTC: Not a Constraint for Right match and willing to relocate to Gujarat Location.Role Overview:We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic professional to lead our Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) division as the National Head. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving B2C and D2C business models, managing large-scale projects, and delivering consistent growth in revenue, sales, and profitability. This role requires a visionary leader who can craft and execute strategies to establish and expand the PEB division s market presence.Key Responsibilities :Strategic Leadership :- Develop and implement the vision, strategy, and execution plan for the PEB division to ensure sustainable growth and market leadership.- Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends, ensuring the division remains competitive and innovative.Revenue & Profitability :- Take full ownership of the division s revenue, sales, and profitability targets.- Drive financial performance by optimizing resource allocation, reducing costs, and enhancing operational efficiency.Sales & Business Development :- Lead the B2C and D2C business initiatives, ensuring seamless customer experiences and engagement.- Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and partners, to secure high-value projects.Project Management :- Oversee and manage big-ticket projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction.- Address challenges proactively, ensuring projects remain on track and within budget.Team Leadership:- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.- Provide clear direction, set measurable goals, and ensure alignment with the company s objectives.Performance Monitoring:- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the division s success and identify areas for improvement.- Prepare and present detailed reports on performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to the executive team.Key Qualifications & Skills:Experience: 15-20 years in the PEB industry, with significant exposure to B2C and D2C business models.Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects and delivering exceptional results in revenue, sales, and profitability.Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to craft and execute strategies that align with business objectives and market demands.Project Expertise: Proficiency in managing complex projects, including risk assessment, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
