Job Description
From generating leads to processing and answering customer queries, a telesales executive& handles all kinds of telephonic conversations& representing a company. English required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Sales Calls

  • Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers using a prepared call list or CRM system.
  • Introduce the company s products or services, highlight key benefits, and deliver persuasive sales pitches.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable offerings based on product knowledge and client profile.
  • Overcome objections and use effective closing techniques to convert leads into sales.

2. Inbound Call Handling

  • Receive and respond to inbound inquiries from leads, clients, or past customers.
  • Provide detailed information about products, pricing, promotions, and availability.
  • Guide customers through the sales process and offer appropriate support until the transaction is complete.

3. Lead Generation and Follow-Up

  • Maintain and update the lead database with accurate call notes, contact information, and next steps.
  • Follow up on warm leads or previous interactions to nurture prospects and re-engage dormant clients.
  • Pass on qualified leads to field sales or business development teams when necessary.

4. Target Achievement

  • Meet or exceed individual and team-based sales targets and performance metrics such as call volume, conversions, and revenue.
  • Participate in regular sales training sessions to improve pitch, objection handling, and product knowledge.

5. Customer Relationship Building

  • Build rapport with customers by using a friendly and professional tone on calls.
  • Provide a positive customer experience, ensuring client satisfaction and the potential for repeat business or referrals.
  • Handle customer queries or concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.

6. Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all interactions, sales, and customer details in the CRM or sales database.
  • Generate daily or weekly sales activity reports as required by management.
  • Provide feedback from customers to the product or marketing team to help improve offerings or messaging.
