Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Retail Outlet Sales Promoter to represent our brand at retail stores and outlets. The primary role is to engage with customers, promote products, demonstrate features, and drive sales directly at the point of purchase. As a Retail Outlet Sales Promoter, you will be the brand ambassador in-store, helping the customers make informed purchasing decisions while ensuring an excellent shopping experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to meet sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers visiting the retail outlet, offering product information and recommendations.
• Promote products through demonstrations, tastings, or sampling (where applicable).
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets set by management.
• Maintain product displays, ensuring they are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Set up promotional materials such as banners, posters, and stands as per campaign requirements.
• Collect customer feedback and relay important insights to management.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment when necessary.
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand positively.
