WOW Skin Science - Key Account Executive (3-5 Yrs) Chennai/Indore/Nagpur (B2B/Corporate Sales)

Job Responsibilities:- Establish strong relationship with key strategic accounts as a representative of the organisation and lead long term strategic customer business planning to achieve future growth expectations.- Accurate customer business planning to deliver on detailed budgets and selling in targets.- Lead Key Accounts- Develop strategic customer business plans for the allocated accounts that will drive sales growth.
-Develop holistic understanding of market trends, a strong relationship with focus accounts and executing trade initiatives to optimize sales opportunities.- Execution Bias -How good are we selling what we forecast.- Team Management: Supervise a team of Promoters/Merchandisers/Beauty Advisers for excellent on ground execution- Customer Management - Ensure 100% Fill Rate, Planogram Adherence and Promo/Visibility Signage in all the network stores. Good Rapport with StarTeam for Timely indent issue in order to avoid stock out- Category Management - Keep a close eye on the category Trends/ Competition Activations and update the same to Regional KAM for strategic decisionsSkills requirement:- Exceptional skills of customer service- Past Experience in Handling DMart as a customer is Mandatory- High Intent of getting things done- Strive for excellence.
