Inventory Management.Responsibilities:- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for stock replenishment- Ensure store visual merchandising is as per company standards- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store- Prepare sales reports and share performance metrics with the area manager- Handle cash and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded- Train and onboard new team membersRequirements:- Female candidates only- Minimum 2-4 years of retail management experience (Footwear/apparel industry preferred)- Graduate in any discipline- Strong communication and leadership skills- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in using basic computer applications and POS systems- Must be available to join immediately- Fitment : Preferred candidates are from EBO s business (Footwear/Fashion retail Etc.)
