Job Description
Role: Retail Sales OfficerFunction: SalesReporting To: Store ManagerEducation: 12th Pass / GraduateKey Responsibilities:Sales & Customer Interaction:- Engage customers and understand their requirements.- Present product options and assist in decision-making.- Prepare estimates and complete transactions.- Achieve section-wise sales targets.- Handle returns and repair requests.Store Operations:- Follow store SOPs and cost-saving measures.- Manage stock (opening, closing, replenishment).- Maintain product displays and safety.- Transfer stock to locker at day-end.- Monitor dead stock and reduce it.- Support marketing and VM teams.- Stay updated with competitors practices.- Customer Feedback & Complaint Resolution:- Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant teams.- Handle customer queries and complaints as per company policy.Skills & Attributes:- Customer-centric approach- Result-driven- Good relationship-building- Passion for products and categories- Basic sales/retail knowledge (ref:updazz.com)
