The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the construction chemicals industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the construction chemicals sector. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and establish new connections. Understand client needs, provide technical advice, and present tailored solutions.- Utilize deep knowledge of construction chemical products, applications, and industry trends to educate clients and effectively position our solutions.- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Additional qualifications in marketing or business administration are a plus.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or marketing within the construction chemical or a related field. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Strong understanding of construction chemical materials, their applications, and industry standards. Ability to translate technical information into compelling sales pitches.- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and closing deals.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients.- Proficiency in English language and preferably Hindi also.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends.- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer service.- Willingness to travel extensively.
