Job Description
Job Title: Senior Sales Manager/Sales Manager Job Summary: - We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Sales Manager to lead and oversee our sales organization.
-The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and building strong customer relationships.
-The SSM will work closely with the executive team to achieve the company s sales objectives and expand our market presence.
-Minimum of 15 years of experience in field of Alloys, Furious MetalsKey Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.- Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth.- Align sales strategies with overall business objectives and company vision.- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.- Drive revenue growth through effective sales management and customer acquisition.- Develop and implement sales processes and best practices to optimize sales performance.- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.- Oversee sales operations and ensure efficient and effective sales processes.- Manage sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.- Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to support sales initiatives.- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.- Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.- Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team based on market analysis.- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, revenue projections, and market trends.- Analyze sales data to identify patterns and opportunities for growth.- Develop and implement action plans based on sales analysis and feedback.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master s degree is preferred.- Proven experience as a Senior Sales Manager or in a senior sales leadership role.- Minimum of 15 years of experience in relevant field of Alloys, Furious Metals- Strong track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in sales management software and MS Office Suite.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Skills:- Strategic thinking and planning.- Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.- Effective risk management and mitigation abilities.- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.- Proactive and results-oriented approach.Package: - CTC: 12 Lac - 15 Lac per annum (ref:updazz.com)
