Merchandiser & Backend Sales Coordinator Job Role :- To maintain a professional relationship with internal and external customers and ensure service level achievements through internal and external communication- To collect PO s and projections from customers- Prepare the production orders and planning of production timelines based on required service levels, capacity allocation and coordination with production department- Development of customer samples based on requirements and feedback and to ensure approvals in a speedy manner- Preparation of quotations and pricing discussions with buyers- Ensuring coordination between production, quality and dispatch teams in order to resolve customer complaints and to maintain lead times- Follow ups and communication with customer to ensure new product development and business growth- Timely communication to ensure collection of payments- Sharing documentation and information to customers- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills - Minimum 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in Garments/Textiles/Accessories- Fluency in communication in English and local language and strong written communication- Graduate from any stream- Strong knowledge of operating ERP systems and Microsoft WordQualifications :- Bachelor s or master s degree with a concentration in merchandising fashion design, sales & marketing, or business administration preferred- At least 2 years of back office/customer handling experience- Very strong communication skills in English- Very strong knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel to maintain customer MIS- Strong time management and multitasking skills (ref:updazz.com)
