Position: Front Office/Call Center Executive

Company Profile: NSDL, one of the largest Depositories in the World, established in August 1996 has established a state-of-the-art infrastructure that handles most of the securities held and settled in dematerialized form in the Indian capital market. Although India had a vibrant capital market which is more than a century old, the paper-based settlement of trades caused substantial problems like bad delivery and delayed transfer of title, etc.
Location: Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC)
Experience: 1 Year
Salary: 20k 22k CTC
Work Hours & Benefits:
Monday to Saturday Weekly rotation
01st shift : 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
2nd shift : 12.00 O clock to 8.30 p.m.
Sunday : 9.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m
If Sunday is working - working will be Mon to Friday and Saturday will be off
Job Description:
Attend calls which are inbound
Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
Maintains communication of reporting problems and provide the token number
There are two products CAS and evoting the emails need to replied.
Preparing the MIS at the end of the day and reporting to Manager
Calls are made to investor for resolution of the problem in email and calls which are missed to be answered.
