Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations, strategic planning, and team leadership across departments. The AGM will help ensure business efficiency, staff performance, and customer satisfaction while maintaining operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing business strategies
Supervise and support departmental managers to ensure operational excellence
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
Help manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Lead and support hiring, training, and performance reviews of staff
Handle customer issues, resolve conflicts, and maintain high service standards
Act as acting General Manager in their absence
Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork
Requirements:
Bachelor 's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
Proven experience (3 5 years) in operations, team leadership, or a managerial role
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of business functions such as HR, finance, operations, and customer service
Ability to analyze performance data and make strategic decisions
Proficient in MS Office and business management software
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
