Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Identify potential sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Present and demonstrate company products and services to potential clients
Negotiate contracts and close agreements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through cold calling, networking, references, or leads generated by the marketing team.
  • Approach potential customers and pitch products/services effectively to convert them into clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to maintain a consistent sales pipeline.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support during and after the sales process.
  • Resolve client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

3. Target Achievement:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
  • Participate actively in promotional campaigns, product launches, or special sales drives to boost sales performance.
  • Report on performance metrics regularly to sales leadership.

4. Market Research & Intelligence:

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer responses and competitor strategies.
  • Suggest improvements in products or services based on customer feedback and market needs.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales leads, customer information, contact details, and sales activity in the CRM system or sales tracker.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, target achievement, and customer interactions.
