Functions and Accountabilities:- Hire, develop, and oversee a group of sales representatives or insurance consultants.- Motivate the group to meet predetermined goals for business development and sales.- Track and assess team performance and offer continuous direction.- Organize frequent performance reviews, team meetings, and sales evaluations.- Make sure the staff provides excellent client service and ensures customer happiness.Eligibility Criteria:- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing required. (Any Field)- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.- Strong communication, leadership, and sales skills.
