This leadership role will oversee a team of 40-50 sales professionals, develop go-to-market strategies, and drive revenue growth across premium and luxury residential launches.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies for new launches, ongoing projects, and luxury segments.- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performance sales team of 40-50 professionals.- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across multiple projects.- Work closely with Marketing, CRM, and Product teams to create seamless customer journeys.- Build and manage strong broker/channel partner ecosystems.- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to refine positioning and pricing strategies.- Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making.- Build a strong sales culture focused on accountability, performance, and customer centricity.Candidate Profile:- 15-22 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in large residential projects.- Must have handled ticket sizes upwards of - 2.5 Cr and driven premium/luxury sales.- Proven track record of leading large teams (40-50 people) and managing multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong leadership presence, strategic thinking, and hands-on operational ability.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.- Experience working with senior management and investor-backed organizations is preferred.
