Job Title: Product Associate Manager
Grade: Z11
Job Summary:
Product Associate Manager will create a strong Vision for the associated portfolio together with a defined product strategy and its implementation to achieve financial business objectives. He/she partners with functional leaders in developing go:to:market and market development strategies including sales, medical education, operations, finance, regulatory and legal.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage downstream marketing of existing and potential product lines, brand upgrades, new product tie:ups, launch preparation, local production
Partner closely with global and regional marketing leaders in adapting marketing strategy and executing regional plans.
Works closely with Medical Education Team to ensure all proper information is provided for new and existing products;
assists with Sales Training when necessary.
Required to be a subject matter expert on products that they manage individually. In addition, they need to be knowledgeable on and able to present to existing and potential customers any other products in their product engine portfolio.
Assist commercial team with responding to product related questions.
Drive marketing collaterals through cross:functional collaborations and approvals from all relevant functions including Global MarCom, legal and regulatory processes for the associated product portfolio.
Develops and maintains a high level of competitive product category knowledge.
Budget preparation with optimal spend plan

Expected Areas of Competence (i.e., knowledge, skills, and abilities)
Excellent organization skills and the ability to deal independently with many issues at one time and prioritize accordingly.
Demonstrated proficiency in preparing and delivering impactful slide presentations
Uses knowledge of existing products, new developments and market needs to assist in the formulation of strategic and creative marketing plans.
Assists with the preparation and finalization of business cases with inputs from all regions; prepares and presents those business cases to the leadership group.
Uses and understands dental technical language to interact with internal and external customers.
Support the assessment of brand viability relative to existing products with new product offerings to enhance overall brand offering.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer and end:user needs and product positioning relative to the competition.
Ability to communicate both orally and in written form with a clear and concise manner.
Must be proficient with commonly used software.
Education/Experience Requirements
B.S. degree, preferably including formal studies in business;
5:7 years product management experience; sales experience in healthcare, strong preference with dental background.
An MBA is preferred but not required.
Travel Requirements
