Job Summary
This position will be responsible to lead branding and communication efforts for ZimVie India. This role includes coordination with graphic designers, digital content specialists, agencies, tradeshow and event planner and brand management.
It will also analyze customer behavior on various digital platforms and industry trends and implementing ZimVie 's branding efforts to manage the strategy and execution for paid and organic media, continuously analyzing performance to optimize results. The incumbent will also provide support to the product and marketing team in execution of various projects.
The successful candidate will also need to take a hands:on approach, driving projects forward individually and collaboratively, to enhance brand and product awareness and ensure digitally efficient marketing.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Establish sound understanding of the market and key trends

Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to define its strategy to market

Create and execute high:quality content across multiple social media, video, and email campaign platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, HubSpot, My Emma) to raise brand awareness and drive lead generation.

Work with product managers and agencies to manage campaigns, including content creation and performance optimization.

Manage all digital and brand agencies ensuring high quality content, output and management.

Develop and execute organic social and paid media strategies to align with marketing objectives, brand identity, and target audience engagement.

Collaborate with cross:functional teams to gather content ideas, product information, and industry insights to ensure content is accurate, informative, and relevant.

Craft engaging and visually appealing multimedia content, including images, videos, infographics, and interactive assets, while writing compelling, persuasive copy for posts, captions, and advertisements that effectively communicate key messages and value propositions.

Maintain a content calendar to schedule and organize content delivery, ensuring consistency in brand voice, messaging, and frequency of posts.

Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify content opportunities, emerging topics, and engagement strategies.

Report out weekly status of content and collaterals, report out monthly digital marketing metrics and performance.

Job Requirements
Bachelor 's Degree in
marketing
preferred.
Minimum of 2:3 years of experience in marketing
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
Strong attention to detail; ability to multi:task and balance competing priorities
Ability to
maintain strong customer relations and provide product
