Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail outlet. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing the staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and meeting sales targets. This position plays a key leadership role in ensuring the store runs efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a customer-centric attitude, and proven experience in retail or store management. The Store Manager will report directly to the Area or Regional Manager and be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations Management

• Supervise the overall operations of the store to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor store opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, and organization.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and security standards at all times.

2. Team Management and Supervision

• Hire, train, and supervise store staff including sales executives, cashiers, inventory handlers, and cleaning staff.
• Prepare duty rosters, assign daily tasks, and manage shift schedules.
• Motivate and lead the team to provide excellent customer service and meet individual and team goals.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.

3. Customer Service and Relationship Management

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
• Address customer complaints or concerns immediately and ensure resolution.
• Train staff on product knowledge and customer handling techniques.
• Build relationships with regular customers to enhance loyalty and retention.

4. Sales and Revenue Management

• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions to boost sales.
• Drive promotions, seasonal offers, and upselling opportunities.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with higher management.

5. Inventory and Stock Control

• Monitor stock levels regularly and ensure availability of fast-moving products.
• Conduct stock audits and physical verification to avoid pilferage or loss.
• Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams for timely stock replenishment.
• Manage returns, damaged goods, and outdated stock according to company policy.

6. Merchandising and Display Management

• Ensure attractive and effective merchandising based on season, trends, and brand guidelines.
• Keep product displays, signage, and visual merchandising updated and appealing.
• Ensure all pricing, labels, and promotional tags are accurate and current.
