Job Description
Job Title: Field Sales Executive Apollo SBI Credit Cards
Company: Apollo | SBI Credit Cards (Vendor Hiring)
Responsibilities:
In-Store Sales: (Apollo Pharmacy)&
Pitch credit cards to walk-in pharmacy customers
Explain features, benefits, eligibility, and usage
Collect and verify KYC documents
Maintain visibility of marketing materials at the store
Field Sales: Visit residential areas, offices, businesses, and other pharmacies
Generate leads via cold calls, referrals, and walk-ins
Follow up with leads and close sales within the defined timeline (TAT)
Operational: Maintain daily logs of interactions and conversions
Coordinate with backend teams for processing and onboarding
Ensure compliance with KYC and regulatory norms
Fixed salary Attractive incentives upto 20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Acquisition (In-Store)

  • Approach walk-in customers at Apollo Pharmacy stores in a polite and professional manner.
  • Understand the customer 's profile and explain the features, benefits, and eligibility of SBI credit cards.
  • Motivate and convince eligible customers to apply for the card based on their lifestyle and spending patterns.

2. Credit Card Sales

  • Ensure high-quality sales with accurate KYC and documentation collection.
  • Explain clearly the credit card offerings such as cashback, reward points, annual fees, bill payment cycles, and usage benefits.
  • Provide end-to-end assistance in the application process either digitally (tablet/mobile app) or via physical forms.

3. Documentation and Verification

  • Collect and verify documents such as ID proof, address proof, PAN card, income proof (if required).
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and error-free to avoid application rejection.
  • Maintain strict adherence to the bank 's KYC norms and RBI regulations.

4. Relationship Management

  • Build strong rapport with Apollo Pharmacy staff for better customer approach and store-level coordination.
  • Follow up with customers for any additional documents or queries.
  • Ensure a pleasant customer experience to increase brand credibility and long-term engagement.

5. Reporting and Targets

  • Achieve monthly sales targets set by the team leader or sales manager.
  • Maintain and update daily performance logs, lead sheets, and customer interaction reports.
  • Share feedback with management on customer responses, store footfalls, and product suggestions.
