Business Development Intern

Location: Indore&

Type: Internship - Full-time, 10 Am to 7 Pm (Mon to Fri)&

Duration: 60 working days (Excluding Saturday & Sunday)&

Stipend: 2k to 5k depends on Performance (No fixed stipend)&

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and supporting the business development team in expanding our client base for staff augmentation services.&

Key Responsibilities:&

Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and networking.

Initiate contact with new prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.&

Pitch our staffing and augmentation services to prospective clients.&

Set up meetings and follow up with potential clients.&

Coordinate with internal teams to understand staffing requirements.&

Assist in maintaining a database of leads, prospects, and communication logs.&

Support the BD team in proposal creation, client onboarding, and requirement gathering.&

Requirements:&

Strong verbal and written communication skills.&

Basic understanding of staffing or recruitment services is a plus.&

Ability to conduct online research and generate leads.&

Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.&

Comfortable using LinkedIn and other professional networking tools.&
