This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and leading a team to achieve business growth and revenue targets.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development : Formulate and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the BFSI sector to drive revenue growth.Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.Market Analysis : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Sales Reporting : Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans to senior management.Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with business objectives and ensure seamless service delivery. Eligibility Criteria : - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales for agency channel and for direct channel minimum 1 year of experience in sales 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
