Analyst - Customer Support (1-2 Yrs) Delhi/Bangalore (After-Sales/Customer Service)

Recruiterflow is a bootstrapped and profitable SaaS startup working with 1000 recruitment agencies and 10,000 recruiters globally. We are a CRM built for recruitment agencies that helps them be more productive. We have been focusing on revenue and profitability before it became an in-thing to do for startups .- We are a remote company and have been growing from strength to strength since our launch in November 2017. We are still a small team of 50 and are completely bootstrapping the growth of Recruiterflow.- We are looking for multiple Customer Support Analyst to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services.- Customer Support Analyst responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities.- To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who s able to earn our clients trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software.- Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.Job Timings: Rotational day and night shifts.Location: Remote.Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to clients by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing support.- Work with a team of other support associates to provide a consistent and high-quality level of service.- Stay up-to-date on the latest products and services so that you can provide accurate and informative support.- Use a variety of software and tools to track and manage customer interactions.- Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and goals.Qualifications:- 1-3 years of experience in customer support.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.- A desire to provide excellent customer service.
