Required Event Executive - Delhi

Key Responsibilities: -& & & & & & & & & Assist in pre-event setup including branding, signage, hospitality areas, registration zones, and vendor management. -& & & & & & & & & Coordinate with external vendors (F&B, security, transport, tech, etc.) for smooth, timely execution -& & & & & & & & & Manage event-day logistics registrations, guest lists, VIP handling, giveaways, etc. -& & & & & & & & & Provide on-ground support to clients, sponsors, and guests, acting as the first point of contact -& & & & & & & & & Maintain the event schedule and communicate real-time updates to relevant teams -& & & & & & & & & Troubleshoot issues on the fly with calm, confidence, and speed -& & & & & & & & & Conduct post-event wrap-up: inventory check, feedback collection, and reporting Requirements: -& & & & & & & & & Strong interpersonal and communication skills -& & & & & & & & & Well-organized with sharp attention to detail -& & & & & & & & & Ability to work in high-pressure, high-energy environments -& & & & & & & & & Prior experience in hospitality/events is a major plus -& & & & & & & & & Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of CRM/event apps is a plus -& & & & & & & & & Must be available for early mornings, late evenings, and weekend work when required Soft Skills That Slay: -& & & & & & & & & Street-smart and solution-oriented -& & & & & & & & & Reliable, punctual, and composed under pressure -& & & & & & & & & Team player with a take-charge attitude when needed -& & & & & & & & & Empathetic and guest-first mindset
