Real Estate Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, confident, and goal-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to join our growing sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with potential investors through phone calls, explain our real estate projects, schedule meetings, and convert leads into confirmed site visits or investments. The role also includes meeting investors in person, understanding their needs, presenting the project features and benefits, and providing regular updates to the management through weekly reports. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong persuasive abilities, and a good understanding of real estate investment. This role requires both telecalling and field interaction to ensure proper engagement with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Telecalling and Lead Generation:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and investors provided by the company or sourced from marketing campaigns.
• Introduce and explain the real estate project offerings in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Understand the investor s profile, preferences, and investment interests to tailor the pitch accordingly.
• Follow a daily calling target and strive to meet or exceed lead conversion goals.
• Maintain a record of calls made, responses received, and follow-up status in the CRM system or designated spreadsheet.

2. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

• Schedule meetings and site visits with interested investors.
• Coordinate with the field sales or site team to organize property visits.
• Meet potential clients at the site or designated locations to explain project features, pricing, legal documentation, and investment benefits.
• Build long-term relationships with investors by providing consistent updates and follow-ups.

3. Project Presentation:

• Explain the features of the project including location benefits, unit plans, amenities, pricing, return on investment, and payment plans.
• Address client queries and concerns with confidence and professionalism.
• Share brochures, project videos, floor plans, and other promotional materials to aid in the decision-making process.
• Assist clients in understanding the buying process, documentation, and investment procedures.

4. Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain detailed records of all communication, meetings, and client interactions.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports summarizing:
  • Number of calls made
  • Leads generated
  • Meetings scheduled and conducted
  • Site visits arranged
  • Client feedback and objections
  • Follow-up status
• Share insights and recommendations with the sales manager to improve future outreach strategies.

5. Market and Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on all current and upcoming real estate projects promoted by the company.
• Understand project specifications, construction status, possession dates, approvals, pricing changes, and other updates.
• Keep an eye on real estate trends, competitor offerings, and market demand to align client conversations accordingly.
