Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for potential and existing clients seeking digital or software solutions.
  • Understand client business models, operational processes, and pain points through discovery meetings.
  • Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate in-house software products and digital solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on how the company s software can improve efficiency, productivity, or digital presence.
  • Conduct product walkthroughs and demos tailored to client requirements.

2. Product Expertise & Presentation:

  • Develop deep product knowledge of all in-house software solutions offered by the company.
  • Stay updated with product enhancements, new features, and technology integrations.
  • Create and present solution proposals, project scopes, and pricing options to clients.
  • Collaborate with the product or development teams to ensure client requirements can be met within system capabilities.

3. Lead Generation & Business Development:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through inbound queries, networking, digital channels, and outbound outreach.
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, B2B portals, webinars, and industry events to generate interest.
  • Work with the marketing team to follow up on campaign-generated leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads and prospects, updating all sales activities in CRM tools.

4. Client Handling & Relationship Management:

  • Manage all stages of the client lifecycle from initial contact to post-sale support.
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and end-users.
  • Ensure timely delivery of proposals, contracts, and follow-up documentation.
  • Facilitate client onboarding and coordinate with internal teams for product configuration and training.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally, acting as a liaison between the client and technical teams.

5. Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, design, and technical teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Provide feedback from clients to the product team to help improve user experience and feature offerings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and project milestones in the CRM system.
  • Report weekly/monthly progress to supervisors, including lead conversion rates, sales performance, and client satisfaction.
