Creative Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Visual Design Creation:

• Develop creative designs for a variety of marketing and branding materials including brochures, flyers, social media posts, banners, emailers, product packaging, posters, and ads.
• Design high-quality visuals that are consistent with brand aesthetics, messaging, and tone of voice.
• Create logos, icons, infographics, and illustrations as needed.

2. Digital Media and Web Assets:

• Design digital creatives for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
• Create assets for web design including landing pages, UI components, sliders, popups, and email newsletters.
• Ensure responsive and user-friendly designs optimized for different devices and platforms.

3. Campaign & Conceptual Design:

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm creative concepts for campaigns.
• Take ownership of the entire creative process from ideation to final output.
• Deliver compelling visuals that support sales promotions, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and events.

4. Brand Consistency & Identity:

• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, typography, color palettes, and visual tone.
• Contribute to brand style guides and documentation for internal and external use.
• Maintain consistency in visual language across different mediums and projects.

5. Presentation & Internal Design:

• Design high-quality presentation decks, proposals, and internal reports using tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Support HR and internal departments with visually engaging templates, certificates, or internal branding materials.

6. Coordination & Feedback:

• Work closely with content writers, digital marketers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide design inputs.
• Accept and incorporate feedback quickly while maintaining creativity and design integrity.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and quality standards.
