Front Office Executive

URGENT STAFF REQUIREMENT A reputed Korean company, Nuga Best , located in Shivaji Enclave, West Delhi , is urgently hiring staff. Eligibility:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reception & Guest Management:

• Greet and welcome all visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
• Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes, ensuring security and access control procedures are followed.
• Inform appropriate staff members of visitor arrivals or scheduled appointments promptly.

2. Call Handling & Communication:

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Take accurate messages when staff are unavailable and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide basic information to callers and visitors regarding office location, services, or company policies.
• Handle inquiries via email or in person professionally and efficiently.

3. Office Coordination & Administrative Support:

• Schedule and manage appointments, meeting room bookings, and conference room arrangements.
• Coordinate couriers, mail delivery, and receipt of packages.
• Assist in the distribution of office correspondence, memos, and documentation.
• Maintain and update contact lists and office directories.
• Perform data entry, maintain records, and assist with filing documents as needed.

4. Office Supplies & Inventory:

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of front office supplies such as stationery, brochures, ID cards, and visitor materials.
• Coordinate with vendors or procurement staff for the replenishment of office supplies and materials.
• Track usage and generate requisition requests to avoid shortages.

5. Support for Company Events & Hospitality:

• Assist in organizing internal meetings, client visits, and events by arranging refreshments, badges, or welcome kits.
• Coordinate with the housekeeping and facility teams to ensure the office is clean, safe, and visitor-ready at all times.
• Help ensure that guests receive appropriate hospitality services during their time at the office.

6. Record Keeping & Documentation:

• Maintain records of visitors, staff movement registers, attendance logs (if assigned), and courier registers.
• Prepare daily/weekly front desk activity reports and submit them to supervisors.
• Keep all confidential information secure and ensure privacy policies are adhered to.
