Nursery And Playgroup Teacher

Job Requirement: Nursery and Playgroup Teacher Position: Nursery and Playgroup Teacher Location: Khese Park, Lohegaon, Pune
Salary: 10-12,000 per month
Experience Required: 1-2 years in teaching Preferred : Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) , or a related field. Female Candidates with Immediate Joiner Preferred
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and activities for nursery and playgroup children.
• Promote the development of social, motor, and cognitive skills through engaging activities.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and interactive classroom environment.
• Ensure the well-being and safety of children during school hours.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure smooth operation of the school.
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding children s progress and behavior.
• Administer assessments and provide regular feedback on children 's development.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching, preferably in a nursery or playgroup setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members.
• A passion for working with young children and fostering their early development.
• Ability to develop creative and engaging lesson plans that promote holistic child development.
• Additional qualifications in foreign languages or music will be considered an advantage.
