Jewellery showroom experience is must .Key Responsibilities:As the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and smooth operation of the showroom. Your responsibilities will include:- Sales Target Achievement: Driving sales and consistently meeting or exceeding the showroom s sales goals. You will oversee the team and develop strategies to boost performance and revenue.- Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring customers receive exceptional service at all times. You ll maintain high standards of customer interaction, handle customer complaints effectively, and enhance the customer experience to foster repeat business.- Team Leadership: Managing and motivating a team of over 40 members. You will be responsible for leading by example, providing guidance, and developing the team to achieve personal and company-wide goals.- Internal Efficiency Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the operational processes within the showroom to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
