Tele sales executive

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at ONO Travels . The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into bookings, handling client queries, and promoting our taxi services over phone calls. Key Responsibilities: Explain taxi packages, pricing, and service benefits to customers. Follow up on leads and maintain customer databases (CRM). Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business. Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries related to taxi services. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Coordinate with operations and customer support teams to ensure service delivery. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Confidence in cold calling and persuasive selling techniques. knowledge of the taxi or travel industry . Strong customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
