What You ll Be Doing:
Build, execute, and optimize campaigns using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, WhatsApp, and Content Builder.
Leverage Audience Builder to create and manage dynamic audience segments.
Drive end-to-end integration between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
Support IP warming strategies to maintain high email deliverability.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot issues and provide recommendations for campaign optimization.
Discovery and Demo call with Client stakeholder
Internal team alignment.

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools:
Email Studio
Mobile Studio
WhatsApp Messaging
Audience Builder
Content Builder
Digital Engagement
Analytics for SFMC
Knowledge of AMPscript or SQL for advanced personalization and segmentation.
Good understanding of integration between Salesforce CRM and SFMC (API, connectors, data syncing, etc.)
Familiarity with IP warming and email deliverability best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
SFMC certifications are a plus.
