Manager : IT Infrastructure

Job Summary
TheManager : IT Infrastructure is responsible for leading the strategic planning, implementation, and operational management of ATS 's hybrid IT infrastructure. This role involves overseeing critical systems including cloud services, endpoint protection, identity management, and enterprise infrastructure integrations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with hands:on expertise in Microsoft technologies, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise:scale IT operations.
Technical Responsibilities
:
Administer Microsoft Exchange environments (2013/2016/2019) including hybrid deployments and mailbox migrations to Microsoft 365.
:
Lead Microsoft 365 tenant:to:tenant migrations, Active Directory domain consolidations, and identity synchronization during M and A activities.
:
Provide advanced support for Entra ID and on:prem Active Directory, covering identity lifecycle, conditional access, and hybrid identity.
:
Perform core directory services tasks including replication troubleshooting, domain controller management, and GPO configuration.
:
Plan and execute migrations of Exchange, file servers, AD, and apps from on:prem to Microsoft 365 or Azure.
:
Manage VMware vSphere and Hyper:V virtualization environments, ensuring performance, availability, and resource optimization.
:
Design and deploy Azure solutions for compute, networking, storage, monitoring, and hybrid connectivity (VPN, ExpressRoute, Azure Arc).
:
Automate administrative tasks using advanced PowerShell scripts for provisioning, license assignment, mailbox migrations, and group updates.
:
Conduct pre:migration readiness and post:migration validation to ensure seamless transitions and minimal user disruption.
:
Deploy and manage endpoint protection tools like CrowdStrike Falcon(R), responding to alerts and incidents effectively.
:
Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate timely remediation with security teams.
:
Manage patching across hybrid environments using Azure Update Manager, Azure Arc, and similar tools.
:
Monitor infrastructure and security health using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and observability platforms.
:
Ensure compliance and data protection using Microsoft Purview for data classification, labeling, and insider risk policies.
:
Act as a senior escalation point for critical incidents; perform root cause analysis and long:term corrective actions.
:
Maintain technical documentation including SOPs, runbooks, and configuration baselines.
Additional Responsibilities

Lead and mentor infrastructure teams, fostering growth, collaboration, and accountability.

Develop and execute infrastructure strategy aligned with organizational goals and future scalability.

Oversee project delivery, vendor management, and cross:functional coordination.
:
Ensure compliance with security, audit, and IT governance standards.
:
Represent infrastructure in leadership meetings, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Education
University degree or college diploma in a related discipline or relevant work experience in the IT Systems Administration and IT Operations field.
Certifications such as CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, VMware Certified Professional or similar are desirable.
Experience
:
12 years of experience in IT systems administration across Windows and Linux platforms.
:
Strong knowledge of servers, virtualization, storage, certificates, and Microsoft OS.
:
Experienced in deploying and managing CrowdStrike Falcon(R) and handling vulnerability management.
:
Proficient with Azure Arc for patching and system monitoring in hybrid environments.
:
Skilled in PowerShell scripting and familiar with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
