GR And Project Developer

We are looking for a GR and Project Developer who can take charge of project execution, team coordination, and HR-related responsibilities. This role involves managing project strategies provided by the company, leading the team, tracking progress, and handling day-to-day team operations including HR functions such as employee leave and daily timing management. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage project ideas and strategies given by the company
• Lead and coordinate team tasks and performance
• Track daily work progress and submit reports
• Handle employee leave records and approvals
• Monitor and manage daily attendance and work timing of staff
• Ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion
• Collaborate across teams to meet project goals
• Support GR (Government Relations) responsibilities when needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project development and team management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Familiarity with HR tasks such as leave and attendance tracking
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Multitasking and time management abilities
• GR experience is an added advantage
