Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, ensure accurate financial recordkeeping, handle billing and documentation, and assist in GST filings. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Tally , MS Excel , and have working knowledge of GST compliance and returns . This role is crucial in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting business operations through timely and efficient bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Accounting:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime .
• Maintain and update ledgers, journals, cash books, and bank books.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable with accuracy.

2. GST Filing and Compliance:

• Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
• Ensure timely reconciliation of input tax credit (ITC) and vendor invoices.
• Assist in resolving GST-related queries or notices from tax authorities.

3. Billing and Invoicing:

• Generate and issue invoices to clients/customers as per company formats.
• Verify purchase orders, delivery challans, and sales bills.
• Ensure all billing is accurate, complete, and compliant with taxation norms.

4. Documentation & Recordkeeping:

• Organize and maintain proper records of all financial and statutory documents.
• Keep physical and digital files for audit, tax, and legal purposes.
• Coordinate with internal teams for document submission and approvals.

5. MS Excel Reporting:

• Prepare financial summaries, reconciliations, and MIS reports using MS Excel .
• Use formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP for report generation.
• Assist with data analysis for internal financial reviews and audits.

6. Banking & Reconciliation:

• Handle petty cash and daily bank transactions.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations.
• Track payments, deposits, and outstanding dues.
