Job Description:Event Conceptualization & Execution:- Develop creative concepts for online marketing events, from initial wireframe creation to final execution.- Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, and sourcing) to bring ideas to life and ensure cohesive execution.- Oversee event timelines, resources, and logistics to deliver high-quality experiences for customers.Content Strategy & Creation:- Draft detailed content briefs for educational materials, ensuring they align with customer needs and brand messaging.- Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce compelling educational content and short videos for products we sell.- Ensure all content is optimized for the digital space and meets engagement and conversion objectives.Performance Analysis:- Track and analyze the performance of events, campaigns, and content using relevant tools and metrics.- Provide insights and actionable recommendations for future improvements and optimization.Team Leadership & Development:- Lead and mentor a team of 2 Executives, providing guidance on their tasks and fostering their professional growth.- Ensure the timely and effective execution of all projects assigned to the team.Cross-functional Collaboration:- Work closely with other departments such as product, tech, sales, and customer service to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and project timelines.- Facilitate effective communication between teams to streamline processes and achieve marketing objectives.Video & Multimedia Creation:- Lead the development of short-form video content for digital platforms, working with the creative team to highlight key features and benefits of our products.- Ensure video content is on-brand, engaging, and aligns with campaign goals.
