Job Description
Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager - Client Acquisition who thrives in the recruitment and staffing space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client acquisition, strong communication skills, and a knack for building long-term relationships.Key Responsibilities- Drive new client acquisition for recruitment solutions.- Leverage your network to generate new business leads in staffing and recruitment.- Conduct impactful client meetings (virtual & onsite) and deliver compelling sales pitches.- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation - client onboarding - account management.- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure excellent client satisfaction.- Maintain an active pipeline and report progress regularly to leadership.- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.- Represent Client at HR events, job fairs, and corporate meetings when required.RequirementsMandatory:- 3-6 years of client acquisition experience in Recruitment/Staffing (consulting/agency background preferred).- Proven success in sales roles with measurable achievements.- Strong network with HR heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, and corporate decision-makers.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Comfortable with onsite client visits and travel.Preferred/Nice-to-Have:- Exposure to startup or fast-paced environments.- Familiarity with freelance recruitment models and HR-tech platforms.What We Offer- A chance to grow with one of India s fastest-scaling HR-tech platforms.- Direct mentorship and reporting to the Founder.- High-performance culture with visibility and recognition.- Performance-based incentives.- Freedom to build your own sales strategies and drive impact.
