Job Description
1. Achieve Sales and Profit targets, with a good understanding of premium and luxury product salesa. Responsible for managing multiple profit centers at multiple locationsb. Ensuring delivery of sales and margins as per agreed budgets for stores under span of controlc. Responsible for Top Line and Bottom Line achievements.d. Identify the most profitable stores and maintain and enhance their output through Contribution and Profitability.e. Augment growth year on year2. Deliver excellent Customer Servicea. Establish relations and network with customers through high standards of customer service with a personalised approach.a. Create high sensitivity amongst the staff and lead by example.b. Groom and coach the team to exhibit international standards of customer care at all the times3. Prepare, Execute and Map Annual Business Plans and Budgets of Storesa. Prepare Annual Budgetsb. Identify weak stores and take measures to augment their performance.c. Responsible for executing new projects of the company at Operations level.d. While executing the new business plans responsible for liaising with all stakeholders including Site Owners/ Proprietors, Civil Functions, Brand Reps, Operations Head and other In-house Departments at the back end.e. Ensure delivery of infra within stipulated timelines in alignment with concerned Departments till the Launch of the new store. (ref:updazz.com)
