This innovation helps optimize underwriting processes, reduce risks, and improve premium accuracy.Position Overview: As an Account Executive, You ll be an early member of the sales team, working closely with the founder and responsible for driving sales of our AI-powered underwriting solutions to key decision-makers in the US market. You ll play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and closing deals that fuel our company s growth. This is a high-impact role where your sales expertise andenthusiasm for innovation will directly shape the future of AI in underwriting.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and target new sales opportunities: Actively prospect and generate leads in the US underwriting sectors.- Drive the US Sales Pipeline: Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects by understanding their needs and demonstrating how our AI solutions can address them.- Lead the sales cycle: From initial outreach to closing the deal, manage the entire sales process including product demos, negotiations, and contract discussions.- Deal Maturing: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.- Deal Velocity: Active in experimenting with various ideas with a focus on increasing the deal velocity.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product t eams to deliver seamless customer experiences and provide feedback for product improvements.- Stay ahead of industry trends: Keep up-to-date with developments in AI, underwriting, and insurance to position as a market leader.- Travel and event participation: Represent Pibit at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the US.What We re Looking For :- Proven sales experience: 4 years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within AI, or the insurance industry.- Track record of success: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a passion for closing deals.- Relationship builder: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with AI technology and able to articulate the value of our solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Self-motivated: Results-oriented with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.- Willingness to travel: Willing and able to travel across the US to meet with clients and attend industry events.Perks & Benefit:- Competitive base salary with an attractive commission structure.- Opportunity to sell a market-leading, innovative AI product.- Travel across the US for client meetings and industry events.- Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing, YC-backed startup.- Work with a passionate, forward-thinking team who work hard & party hard.
