Job Summary :We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Field Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. This role is perfect for a dynamic leader who excels in field sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering results.Roles and Responsibilities:- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve company goals.- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through direct field sales efforts.- Build a strong pipeline of prospects and nurture client relationships for long-term success.- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential customers.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales strategies and customer engagement.- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.- Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.- Lead and train a team of junior sales representatives, guiding them towards achieving their targets.Candidate Profile:- 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Telecom, or B2B industries.- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.- Ability to identify key decision-makers and influencers in the sales process.- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving growth targets.- Proficiency in CRM software, sales automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.- Willing to travel extensively within assigned territories.- A go-getter attitude with high energy, enthusiasm, and resilience.How To Apply?Kindly contact :Jayshree | HR TeamPhone: 9909684395 (ref:updazz.com)
