Key Responsibilities:

1. Driving Duties:

• Operate company/personal vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
• Drive staff, guests, or family members to designated locations as per schedule.
• Follow assigned routes and adhere to traffic regulations at all times.
• Ensure safe loading and unloading of passengers or materials, if applicable.

2. Vehicle Maintenance:

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel level, tire pressure, engine oil, brake fluid, etc.).
• Keep the vehicle clean, both inside and out, at all times.
• Report any mechanical issues or damage immediately to the supervisor or owner.
• Ensure regular servicing and maintenance as per the schedule.

3. Time and Route Management:

• Plan routes in advance to avoid traffic and ensure timely arrivals.
• Use GPS or route-planning tools as needed.
• Maintain a travel log of pickups, drop-offs, distances, and timings (if required).
• Be flexible with working hours based on requirement (early morning/late night trips).

4. Safety and Compliance:

• Follow all traffic rules, parking guidelines, and safety regulations.
