Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
    • Identify potential customers and industries for company products.
    • Conduct field visits, online meetings, and demos for product promotion.
    • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Technical Consultation & Product Presentation
    • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable machine/product solutions.
    • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate how products meet client needs.
    • Coordinate with the design/engineering team for custom requirements.
  • Quotation & Order Management
    • Prepare proposals, quotations, and cost estimations.
    • Negotiate pricing, delivery, and payment terms with customers.
    • Convert inquiries into orders and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy
    • Conduct competitor analysis and share market trends with the management.
    • Provide feedback on customer preferences, upcoming projects, and product improvements.
  • Post-Sales Support
    • Coordinate with the service/support team for after-sales service.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any technical or commercial issues.
  • Documentation & Reporting
    • Maintain CRM records, customer database, and sales reports.
    • Provide regular updates to management on pipeline and achievements.
