Job Overview:

We are looking for motivated, goal-oriented, and client-focused individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Advisor . The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting life insurance products, guiding clients through policy options, and helping them choose plans that align with their financial goals, family needs, and long-term security. As a Life Insurance Advisor, your role is more than just selling policies you will serve as a trusted consultant, providing valuable financial protection advice. You must be confident in communicating, building relationships, and understanding customer needs. Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and connect with potential customers through cold calls, referrals, networking, social media, and field visits.
  • Build and maintain a database of leads and regularly follow up with them.
  • Attend community events or corporate meets to generate new business opportunities.

2. Client Consultation:

  • Understand the financial needs and goals of individuals and families through meetings and detailed discussions.
  • Educate clients on various life insurance products including term plans, endowment policies, ULIPs, whole life insurance, child plans, and retirement solutions.
  • Recommend suitable plans based on customer needs, age, income, and life stage.

3. Product Presentation and Closing Sales:

  • Present insurance plans effectively, highlighting key features, benefits, risks, and premiums.
  • Handle objections, answer queries, and explain terms in simple language.
  • Assist clients with the application process, documentation, premium payment, and policy issuance.

4. Policy Servicing and Relationship Management:

  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing post-sale support and regular policy reviews.
  • Help clients with policy renewals, updates, claims filing, and beneficiary changes.
  • Keep clients informed about new products, tax benefits, and financial planning tips.

5. Reporting and Compliance:

  • Maintain records of sales, follow-ups, and client meetings.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly targets as set by the team leader or company.
  • Adhere to IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) rules and ethical selling practices.
  • Attend training programs, workshops, and exams for license renewal or upskilling.
