Required Telecaller - Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling:

• Call potential customers from the provided database or through cold calling.
• Introduce general insurance policies (motor, health, travel, etc.) and explain benefits and coverage.
• Clarify customer queries, objections, and guide them through available options.
• Convince and convert leads into insurance policy purchases.

2. Inbound Support:

• Attend incoming calls related to general insurance inquiries.
• Provide accurate product information, pricing details, and policy terms.
• Assist customers in understanding the claim process and renewal procedure.

3. Lead Management and Sales Conversion:

• Follow up on leads through calls, emails, or WhatsApp messages.
• Maintain a call log and update CRM or Excel sheets with interaction details and outcomes.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly conversion rates and ensure sales targets are met.
• Cross-sell and up-sell general insurance products as per customer profile and requirements.

4. Documentation and Policy Processing:

• Assist in gathering customer details for policy issuance, such as KYC, ID proof, and vehicle or health information.
• Coordinate with the backend team for smooth policy generation, dispatch, and updates.
• Ensure correct and timely submission of customer documents.

5. Customer Relationship & Retention:

• Build rapport with clients to foster trust and long-term relationships.
• Remind customers of policy renewals and offer competitive renewal options.
• Provide post-sale support including policy modification, add-on information, and endorsements.
