- Position: Customer care Associate- Department: - Customer Care- Experience: 3-5 Yrs.- Education: BSc/Bcom with very good communication skills. French speaking will be added advantage.- Working Days: - 5 days a weekJob Description: -Competencies:1. Should be able to understand the customer needs (email/ phone communication).2. Should be able to maintain good relationship with customer.3. Should be able to Update and verify the customer requirement in ERP.4. Communicating internally for depth knowledge of ERP workflow and MRP concept.5. Co-ordinating, forwarding and escalating required information to relevant individuals and departments.6. Should possess very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially of Excel and Word.7. Should possess very good Analytical skills and problem-solving skills.8. Should have very good verbal and written communication skills and should be a people person as he or she will enter in contact with many people, ranging from managers to other colleagues.Tools: ERP knowledge, CRM knowledge, should have knowledge of MS excel and MS word. Knowledge of MS Power point will be an added advantage. Responsibilities:1. Support / Answer to Customer inquiries /queries/requests.2. Customer order Booking.3. Verification of customer order with quote.4. Verifying and providing Order acknowledgement to customer.5. Follow - up for priority & urgencies (with Planners)6. Follow - up for other customer demands with internal dept.Behavioural attributes:- Strong communication skills (Spoken and written English).- Good teamwork and should be able to interact with international customers.Candidates having work experience in an international company would be having an added advantage.
