Job Description:- 2 years of experience in sales from Fintech, Payments, Telecom, e-commerce, Business solutions & wallet companies.- Product - AEPS, DMT, Micro ATM, Insurance, Bill payments, Recharges Etc.- Establish and manage a network of distributors and retailers in the given territory- Create/expand and lead a team of Channel Partners.- Should possess Product/solution selling experience to Retail customers to acquire new merchants.- Good knowledge of the retail industry- Has a flair for numbers and can deliver the assigned business targets driving sales activities- Customer-centric approach with prior experience interfacing with customers and should be an excellent negotiator.- Ability to work independently and in teams- Possess strong interpersonal skills, adaptable to changes, takes initiative and have creative selling approaches- Should possess strong analytical, presentation, networking, relationship building skills- Forecast potential sales and revenue targets effectively from new and existing markets and maximize salesQualifications:- Graduation with any Stream- Familiar with the basics of Computers & Androids- Experience in B2C sales is a strong advantage.Salary Other Benefits:- CTC- 3LPA- TADA-6K p/m- Monthly Incentive (ref:updazz.com)
