Provide expert advice and customized solutions for clients interested in religious and spiritual destinations in India and West Bengal.- Team Leadership : Manage a team of travel coordinators, tour guides, and other operational staff. Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.- Relationship Building : Foster and maintain strong relationships with key religious and spiritual sites across India and West Bengal. Develop connections with temples, ashrams, pilgrimage sites, and other religious organizations to provide exclusive experiences for clients.- Tour Development : Design and curate itineraries for spiritual tours, ensuring they meet the expectations of our clients while highlighting the cultural and religious significance of each destination.- Logistics Coordination : Oversee the logistics of travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and local guide services. Identify new opportunities to grow the business and establish partnerships with other industry players.- Marketing & Promotion : Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the religious tourism offerings through online and offline channels. Participate in the development of promotional material and campaigns.- Problem-Solving : Address and resolve any client issues or concerns during the trip, ensuring satisfaction and positive reviews.Qualifications & Skills :Experience : Minimum 7-10 years of experience in religious tourism, specifically in India and West Bengal.
