Required Service Engineer - Coimbatore

Service engineer will visit customer site to install, Repair and commission our equipment. Also will look after the technical work in factory Preferred candidate profile & : Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or mechatronics engineering . BSc/MSc Physics, Chemistry, Maths. Should be interested in learning new technology and to have hands on work experience. Perks and benefits & : Salary ESI PF and bonus will be the benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation and Commissioning:
   • Install new equipment or systems at customer sites in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety regulations.
   • Configure and calibrate equipment for proper functioning.
   • Conduct system tests and trial runs to verify performance.
   • Provide demonstrations and initial training to customers after installation.
2. Maintenance and Repair:
   • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and reduce breakdowns.
   • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults or malfunctions using diagnostic tools and schematics.
   • Carry out repairs or replace defective parts, components, or software.
   • Maintain accurate service records, including details of repairs, parts used, and customer feedback.
3. Customer Support:
   • Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues reported by clients.
   • Provide on-site and remote support to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
   • Offer technical advice and guidance to customers regarding the proper use of equipment.
   • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, effective service.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Maintain detailed records of service visits, including time spent, tasks completed, and materials used.
   • Submit regular service reports to the service manager or technical team.
   • Document recurring issues to help inform design improvements and product development.
5. Training and Knowledge Sharing:
   • Train end-users or maintenance staff on the safe and efficient operation of equipment.
   • Share feedback and insights from the field with the R&D or quality assurance teams.
   • Stay updated on new products, technologies, and industry trends.
6. Compliance and Safety:
   • Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations while working on customer sites.
   • Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and used safely.
   • Follow company and industry-standard practices for installation, repair, and maintenance.
