Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Performance and Optimization:

  • Monitor online sales performance across categories and identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Track key sales KPIs such as conversion rate, cart abandonment, product sell-through, and average order value (AOV).
  • Work with the merchandising and buying team to highlight bestsellers and slow movers; recommend tactics such as price changes, repositioning, or re-styling.
  • Support promotional strategies (seasonal sales, flash offers, etc.) and ensure styling and presentation match the marketing message.

2. Product Styling and Visual Presentation:

  • Coordinate with the content and creative team to ensure product listings are visually appealing and styled in a way that matches the brand s image.
  • Ensure product imagery, flat lays, on-model shoots, and videos meet brand styling guidelines.
  • Work closely with stylists, photographers, and models to oversee e-commerce shoots, ensuring consistency in look and feel.
  • Review and approve final styling images before they go live on the site.

3. Content Coordination and Product Setup:

  • Manage the end-to-end process of product upload in collaboration with the content and data entry teams.
  • Ensure accurate and engaging product descriptions, sizing, styling tips, and attributes.
  • Verify tagging, categorization, filters, and search engine optimization (SEO) keywords for product pages.
  • Audit live products regularly to identify any errors or inconsistencies in product information or styling.

4. Customer Experience & Styling Support:

  • Offer styling advice to customers when required through chat, email, or styling sessions.
  • Create and manage style guides, Shop the Look features, or curated collections to enhance user experience.
  • Understand customer preferences and purchasing behavior to recommend styling edits and upsell opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback related to product presentation and fit to refine styling decisions.

5. Inventory and Merchandising Coordination:

  • Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure real-time inventory sync on the e-commerce platform.
  • Monitor product availability and remove out-of-stock items or restock when necessary.
  • Support merchandising displays, homepage refreshes, and collection curation to maintain a fresh online presence.

6. Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Act as a bridge between the sales, styling, and creative teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Attend cross-functional meetings to stay aligned with marketing campaigns, product drops, and sales goals.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on product performance, styling impact, and conversion data.
  • Use analytics tools (like Google Analytics, Shopify reports, or custom dashboards) to derive insights and action points.
