JOB OVERVIEW:- Job Title: Graphic Design Lead- Status: Active- No. of Positions: 1- Range CTC: Best in Industry- Working Days: 5 days/week- Office Location: GurugramMANDATORY CRITERIA:- Experience in Graphic Design: 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably for D2C brands or top B2C brands.- Social Media and Marketing Design Experience: Extensive hands-on experience in social media and marketing designs, with no UI focus.- Portfolio: Best-in-industry portfolio showcasing graphic design works for social media posts, illustrations, visual design, branding, and marketing creatives for top B2C brands.- Company Background: D2C companies, good B2C brands or good design studios.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead Brand Design: Own social collaterals and web designs- Visual Inputs: Collaborate with video editing team- Accessories and Packaging: Strategize and design- Brand Communications: Build long-term brand communications- Team Collaboration: Work closely with brand and partnerships teamREQUIREMENTS:Experience : 5 years in graphic design, with strong knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and FigmaDesign Experience : After-effects experience is a plus but not mandatoryDesign Sense : Strong design sense and ability to work in an entrepreneurial environmentCompany Background: D2C companies, good B2C brands, or good design studiosKEY FOCUS AREAS:1.
